Usually busy at weekend. Food is good. We tried couple of stuff from there, like chicken shawarma plate, falafel plate, beef and... chicken shawarma arabi, Iraqi tea, pomegranate juice, ofcouse Iraqi bread and stuffed rotisserie chicken. Very hospital staffand good food. Only one thing is its a bit slow, given it was busy but could be a bit better. Overall good halal food. Unlikeother shawarma places this joint is different how they serve and their salads on the side. Fries were really good. If one isoverwhelmed with eating Lebanese and Mediterranean shawarma, do try the Iraqi shawarma. You won't regret it. Read more

This was a great dinner pick..it?s busy and it was my first time.. I always play it safe and try the specials for the day. If... that?s a check I?m coming back and boy was it a check. The item ordered was chicken tikka plate - Friday special If therestaurant cares/reads about the reviews then I would say the host (at cash) was an incredibly kind person great person to dealwith. From our entrance to food to after meal (offered a free taste of the tea) I was filled with gratitude. Excellent customer service and very clean restaurant. Tried the beef samoon sandwich which was good. The taste was a little on... the sweet side due to the sauce used. I will next time not have use the sauce as it over took the taste of the meat. Will goback to try other items as well. Especially the Iraqi kebob. Read more

Our first time trying Iraqi food and it was great! Tender and flavourful charcoal grilled meats and the breads are freshly... baked. The friendly guys working there were very hospitable to our requests. We had the BBQ sampler for 4 and it was huge! Trythe raisin and/or pomegranate juice, so refreshing! Read more

I've never had Iraqi shawarma before, and it was amazing. We just got whatever they offered, but there is tons of things to add... to your sandwich. The chicken, sauce, and pickles, wedge in-between a bun were so easy to eat. Garlic, a little sweetness, andperfectly seasoned chicken. I couldn't even wait for the bus to come before eating. This is an extremely friendly place with such great energy. They opened very recently and one of the co-owners didn't have the... chance to see their dream coming true, so they decided to pay homage to his memory today offering a shawarma to anyone whowanted to taste their delicious food. I got the Beef & Lamb option which is super tasty and very well seasoned. I wasn't able totake a good picture, but their portion size was well served and perfect for me to feel satisfied. The only reason why I'm notgiving 5 stars is because the meat was really fatty and I got several fat-only pieces which I manually removed. Overall, I had agreat experience! Read more

I must say this was one of the best Iraqi food I ever had in Scarborough, everything is perfect there. Food, ambience staff..... perfect, perfect, perfect! We bought their famous sandwich and chicken shawarma and it was so delicious! Can?t put into words.
