I got the All-Canadian Breakfast and Bacon-Egger to go. And it was soo delicious. Someone even wrote thank you on my platter... cover, so sweet and nice gesture. I enjoyed my meal and rose tea drink. I asked for 5 milk and 3 sugar & the temperature wasjust right for me to drink. I will visit again. Nice friendly cashier, no lineup at the time I went. Read more
One of my favourite local destinations for a quick supper. Burger is good. I ask for the fries really well done. (Crispy!). And... for the root beer mug to be taken from the cooler at the last possible moment. Never disappointed plus the staff is veryfriendly. Read more
I don?t usually post reviews for outlets of fast food chain restaurants but after a few patronage to this A&W outlet at Keele &... Sheppard, I have my reasons to make an exception in this case. Reason for my 5 starts are largely because of the friendly staffat this location. Furthermore, bonus points for them being open 24hours. Even during the wee hours, the service from the crewhere are exceptional. As a pescatarian, A&W offers me the Beyond Burger with sweet potato fries as an option that allows me toenjoy a fast food meal without compromising on the food?s freshness and my health. Read more

I usually like A&W but I find this location doesn't put enough effort to keep up to how A&W as a company tries to portray... themselves. I went when there was no other customers (just two inside sitting and eating) and they still made me wait 5 minutesbefore taking my meal (they were just talking, didn't seem A&W related, I just don't know their language). Then the food cameout fast, but everything was of poor quality. It is like they freeze all their toppings or had them in the fridge too long.Other A&Ws usually melt the mozzarella on the Mozza burger and they did not, it was actually quite hard. I couldn't eat theburger at all. I was going to at least give 2 stars but since I couldn't even eat the burger that was so poorly made, they get1. Read more
Yet another A&W discriminating against people with disabilities, if you open a bathroom, you MUST either use the wheelchair... accessible washroom or NOTHING AT ALL, keeping only the NON ACCESSIBLE washroom open is clear discrimination. Also your staffmaking the excuse of ?it?s because of Covid, sorry? IS NOT OK.. This is NOT the first A&W restaurant to do this.. (I?m lucky,as I carry an arm cane with me everywhere just for issues like this, it?s especially dangerous for me, as I?m legally blindalso, & currently have a broken foot) Read more
My friends & I had an awful experience here this morning. We asked for 3 poutines & the cheese was completely frozen. We kindly... asked them to re heat it or make us new ones, but instead of putting fries they put sweet potatoes fries? we never asked forthat. It tasted awful by the way.
