CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE Missing items in kids menu. No sauces or ketchup provided for chicken fingers orders. The... cashier tried to charge me for sauce when I came back to ask for it. Quality is lower than a standalone A&W location, BeyondBurger was undercooked and soggy. Fries were overdone and not salted. Only one staff member was pleasant to deal with andactually showed they cared. Edit: I got a reply to my google review from A&W guest relations to email them. Not sure why other customer are posting such bad reviewed. I ordered a meal. Fries are freshly made, staff is polite. The... line up area is a little hectic since I was a little confused where the start of line is. Overall, I am happy and quality iscomparable to other A&W locations. Read more

Came here at 9:50am and it was closed. We called out seeing if maybe they were just inside but there was no response. We thought... they?ll probably open at 10:00am so we waited. We checked online to see what time they open and it says 9:30am. 10:10 am passeswe saw someone walk by inside and tried asking if they were serving breakfast but they just looked at my boyfriend and didn'trespond. We tried calling out a couple of times. Nothing. At least let us know if we could get food or not, instead of making uswait for nothing. Would give this 0 star but unfortunately cant do that. I will give this a 2 stars for their fast service! We went here on August 23, the Indian lady was so rude, she couldn?t hear me... and had the audacity to shout at me to repeat what she said and she seems irritated, I didn?t get mad at her to show a respecttowards her but I will never buy there again if she?s there, if she?s having a bad day she shouldn?t have to be rude to otherpeople because we?re not included in her problem!
