The staff here is hard working and accommodate when possible. Cut them some slack when things get crazy busy. They are amazing.
Awful, awful, awful experience! I i?ve never seen such laziness, ignorance, and just horrible for CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was... standing at the counter for nearly 5 minutes while 2 employee?s, one of whom I presume is the manager? just standing right infront of me chitchatting. As if I wasn?t even there. Went in to get 2 drinks. Took awhile as they had a few people focused on drive thru vs people who go in. Thats why i gabe the 3... out of 5. Spend 17 in drinks and slow and watch some workers stand around do nothing while others work hard. Use team work andthings go faster Read more

Ordered online for drive-through pickup. We wanted one sourdough sandwich with sausage and it came with bacon not sausage.... Ordered a sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and wanted American cheese and they put white cheddar. I usedto be a late night supervisor at Dunkin's on 3A and don't understand how you can read a order, and not make the order to whatit's supposed to be. This isn't the first time this store is messed up our order. We usually go to the Quincy one on FranklinStreet because we get better service with the things we actually want in our order. But with this one being right up the streetit's a little more convenient. We actually have one closer to us but we stopped going to that one too because that one alsoalways messed up our orders. It's a shame the people making the the drinks and sandwiches can't even do that correctly. It'shonestly not brain science. And it shows that some people don't care about their jobs and just care about the paycheck and themoney they're getting for the job they're not doing well. Read more
The horrible customer service I ever had. I had a large order and the manager said they couldn't do it because they only have... two employees. I have never heard of that in my life and only Dunkin Donut that I have ever been to. I was so disappointed!! Read more
I love Dunkin Doughnuts. The snacks are consistent at each place. Doughnuts depend on if made at location or brought in from... another action. Made on site is way better. All drinks at consistent quality unless you get a pot that burnt. Love holidayflavors Read more
