I don?t think they have the staff to support the business. The people working there aren?t really that personable and it?s only... drive thru which can cause long lines and long waits. Also you have to remind them when you pay if you want ketchup, you can?tjust order it. Burger King really isn?t that good anyway, I was just trying to try something different than I normally have forlunch and I ended up waiting a long time for a disappointing meal. Read more
Guys recently I've been having problems with my family. I went to a concert and ended loosing a pair of sunglasses there, my mom... found out and got mad at me. She told the sun glasses were super expensive and luxurious, I apologized but she didn't want tohear it. Now she won't speak to me and I don't know what to do. Any advice? Super friendly young man greeted us, we ordered 2 whoppers, fries & drink using a coupon $8.99 and additional ChicKing &... mozzarella sticks. Our whoppers were actually warm, created perfectly as though I placed the items on the bun! Food was good, but I did have one issue: I had an offer code from the bk customer experience survey for a free OCS with fry/soda... purchase, so I handed the cashier the week-old receipt from a trip to the Warminster BK (which might explain the whole thingLOL) with the offer code, and he assured me it went through, but after looking at the receipt, it didn?t..... Nice place- clean, food was hot, free parking, friendly staff. The even have several desktop computers to use while eating. ... Also have TV?s too. Indoor play area for the kids. Drive thru was a little confusing but all in all- a good experience and agood place to eat. Read more
I have burger king in the past and have great food. I have never had the experience that I had tonight in the burger king. When... we got there it took over 20 minutes for people to get there orders because the manager didn?t properly train her staff in theright way. The people in front of us thought the same thing and the people behind us thought the same thing. So after having mychicken sandwich which is crispy and thick, which was also supposed spicy and the fries were soggy and sucked. So when I askedwho is your manger I spoke with the manager and the person in charge was looking all around and I asked what was the servicethat everyone received she was like it?s my staff there new and they act like kids out loud.
