I live nearby and come here often to work remotely on my laptop. I can't consume too much caffeine, so I usually have matcha... latte or chocolate - they are both really good. 3 months ago, I have walked to this corner at Capilano Mall which previously was a Starbucks to get a coffee and treat. I just... moved back to North Van after 11 years and saw it is Waves Coffee house now. I have met Ash the manager and had friendlyconversation about how business is going on. The coffee and pastry were amazing. Since then, this Cafe? became my to go forcoffee a few days a week. I work remotely and this friendly café feels like home and WFH can not get better. Congratulations tomanagement team for choosing the best baristas. They are lovely, friendly and go above and beyond to provide the best withexceptional customer service. Ferial, Hafez are a couple of staff team that I usually see them, they are so amazing andpleasant. Their organic teas are the best with special fermentation process that makes the magic. I work remotely and my son attends art school in Capilano mall, so my go to place is Waves coffee to work on my laptop while... enjoying my drink or treats. Love the space inside the café and the tables setup in the mall area too. The staff are reallyfriendly and accommodating too. Great coffee :) but going out of my way to write a review because the staff were incredibly friendly and HELPFUL !! offering me... suggestions I didn't know about, I definitely wanted! I don?t drink coffee at all but when I was walking in the mall and passed by Waves coffee and I saw the atmosphere and it was so... friendly and cozy that made me want to go and buy something to sit and enjoy. I would 100% recommend the fresh croissant andlatte. Read more
