There are alot of negative reviews on here and I agree the service and quality are esspecially low at this location, I was able... to write this entire review in line. However as an ex employee of tim hortons at a time where there was no stupid mobile ordersOR stands to "bypass" the line and when tim hortons wasn't coming out with ridiculous products that take ONE line cook and ONEcounter staff a large amount of time to produce only to appear to compete with competitors then nancy or jim in front of youorders 5 of them for the car full of people outside. What you are left with is a line up of people barely getting served andimpatiently watching everyone around them walk in take their order and leave. Some would argue to get with the times or get out,I'd say our culture is continuing to place principles and values in all the wrong areas. id say these minimum wage employees aredoing quite well in the crossfire of all of that. People complain of high turnover and low accuracy. Do this job for 8 hours forminimum wage in these conditions and tell me how much you give a #### about some ladys missing bacon or that the english muffinisnt toasted how they toast it at home. Painfully slow, even for Tim Hortons. Ordered a wrap and a sandwich, and was 1 of 3 orders inside (there is no drive-through as... far as I could tell). Took about 20 minutes for us to get our food, which seemed to mostly be due to the staff not knowing whatto do from either misdirection or no direction. There was no one assigned to food prep stations, no one assigned to the cash,and no one assigned to keeping track of everything. If you are in a rush, seek elsewhere. Read more
The service here is terribly inconsistent. Last time we went we got literally 75% of the cup filled with just ice cubes (it was... supposed to be an iced caramel latte).Every week they have new employees that have no idea how to prepare anything. The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I got service from Navdeep employee at Tim Horton at north... Vancouver at Marine drive. I ordered steep tea and she served me tea which seems like sitting for last 3-4 hours very cold andbad taste , I went back to TH and asked employee to serve me hot and fresh tea and the employee said I will warm it up inMicrowave then I said no I want it fresh . She said just wait for 5 minutes but unfortunately after 5 minutes waited she broughtme back the same tea. I was so upset I can?t explain but I didn?t say anything after that and put my tea in garbage bin. Idon?t know if owner of this location or management can do anything to save their business if this behaviour will b continue forlittle longer then I think it will b very disheartening for customers. Disrespectful staff. Does not even know what is in their menu. I have ordered 2 meal deals, which included 2 sandwiches, both... with side and drinks. Never had drinks delivered, they must have been added separately and not as in the offer, hence paid over30 dollars for two sets of tiny wraps with poorly looking wedges and drinks additionally to be paid up above the offer. Thestaff kept wandering what drinks I was chosing, as did not even know there is their branded Tim drink in cold beverages. Had towalk other lady and show her on the menu. She still did not know what it was. We were by the late evening, still plenty ofstaff, nobody else to serve and we waited over 15mins. What a ridiculousity. If you don't have to, don't come. I was not evenbothered to clean after myself, as I always do: I pushed myself to leave the mess, as I felt I have been given no respectwhatsoever and decided to let them not skilled or qualified staff at least clean after myself. If there?s a vote for the best Tim Hortons in Canada, this branch will win it, no doubt! The fastest and most professional team... to prepare mobile orders. I enjoy their bagel with cheese every week. Keep the amazing work you?re doing. Read more
