It was a tiny Small Tim's. It's clean and nice. Service was good There's not much parking, only 2 or 3 spots. The meal I took... was okkissh. I have had better tasted same meal at other locations. Read more
The absolute WORST location. I live in Deep Cove so there?s not a lot of fast breakfast options. Whenever I do go to this... location I INSTANTLY regret it because they can never get an order right. This morning I asked for a chicken wrap, was asked ifI wanted crispy or grilled and for whatever reason that is beyond me, I was given a sausage wrap? When I got home and realized Iwent back and asked to speak to a manager. When I told the manager that this happens CONSTANTLY I was met with disrespectfultone and rudeness from the manager. She offered no solution to the problem other than for me to not come to this locationanymore. It is absolutely unacceptable that a drive thru messes constantly would have so much attitude about THEMSELVES messingup people?s order. I worked in food myself for 5 years, it is not that hard to get peoples orders right especially when theytell you exactly what they want. Staff at this location should honestly either be fired or re-trained or they should look forsome simpler jobs since they clearly can?t handle a simple wrap or coffee. Read more

Cutest little dope Timmies joint! A great convenient location with 24 hour access drive through. The staff are super friendly,... the donuts and timbits are well stocked, the joint is super clean, new and has good upkeep.. what's not to love? Relatively fast service in drive through. Although they got the kid's order wrong they rectified the situation right away and... didn't charge me the couple of dollars difference. They were super kind too! Excellent customer service. Would be a 5 star ifthey had punched the order in correctly as the mixup made us a couple of minutes late. I will come again Read more
