our experience began by almost everything we ordered being unavailable. It was the longest I?ve sat in a drive threw line ever... when we were ordering just three drinks. Then we got up to the window to discover our one drink order was wrong, yet they didn?toffer to fix it. Instead I took the drink which wa a pretty much poorly flavoured water. Our experience ended with a melted anddry donut that had a hair in it. If there?s another Tim?s within a 30 minute radius- I?d recommend taking the drive. Read more
The worst Tim Hortons ever. They need new staff! All Tim Hortons need new staff. There are to many employees who don?t care... about their customers. I bought mix box of donuts and I got it in a brown bag not in a box and mostly chocolate. And I eventried to get her attention and she ignored me. What happened to Tim Hortons showing the true Canadian way. They have changed somuch over the years. I never thought the owners of this company would let this drive into the ground. I know they make enoughmoney and that why they don?t care and staff don?t get paid enough fine but seriously. It?s a fast food place so if they areunhappy they should find a better job. This location has a full service Tim Hortons counter as well as a Tim Hortons drive-thru.
Great location to get food poisoning. Today they served me an Ice Capp made with very sour milk, I took one sip and knew right... away, not sure how no one smelled it when making it. This isn?t the first time this has happened at this location, they sold anold breakfast wrap to my partner which made him quite sick for a few days. Even if you don?t care about the food poisoning, youcan count on them having long lines, slow service and none of the items you?d like to order even if they?re on the menu outside.They?re always out of stock or don?t carry certain items at this location that are on the menu posted in the drive thru or astandard at other locations including iced coffee.
