Extremely rude elderly woman working there who brings her MASK DOWN ALL THE TIME TO SPEAK or rather SHOUT impolitely. Lack of... basic hygiene, by touching her gloves everywhere including her nose and making a sandwich. She refused to serve us because weexpressed concern. There are two women most probably Iranian , whom are very unprofessional and haven?t been trained properly, one of them ( the... older lady ) is very rude and some times takes her mask out also has no name tag on her , I talked to the manager but he did nottake any action . I saw she was shouting to a customer saying denied serving her !!!!, just because as a fast food the customerdid not expect waiting for over 20 minutes !!!!!! And when it was the two ladies turn , the customer told her nicely ?FINALLY itis our turn ? And then she rudely started to shout and said I have only two hands and I will not serve you at all then tookher mask and gloves out and went to the back room and the co worker that might be relative of that woman went back as well andleft the ladies without food !!!!! This is my first time to get sandwich because I don't like to eat bread ???? it is not a comfort food for me. I want to try it... because I have coupon almost half price. Just grabbed a sub tonight and wanted to let the owners know what a superb staff member they have working tonight. He was so... incredibly polite and helpful. He apologized many times thanking me for waiting while he served other customers ahead of me(which didn?t warrant any thanking, took a totally normal amount of time), called me ma?am and repeated everything I said toensure it was correct. Lots of pleases and thank yous from this young man. Rare quality in the fast food industry so wanted togive him a shout out. Read more
Be careful how they charge you! Before I paid I realized the price is a bit too much. I even asked the cashier isn't it free for... the second one and he said no, it's not! However, because he took the coupon I can't prove it. When I get back in my car andlooked at my other coupon! Not coming back to this location anymore! Read more
