Friendly and very helpful staff. They do their best to give you exactly what you want. They have the old machines which make... much better coffee than the new ones. The coffee is less watery and more flavourful. Well worth the detour. Read more

At the 240th and the West View Starbucks there are these two older ladies that work the cashier. They always are so rude and... snappy at me when I ask questions. In addition, after I order they are so nice to people behind me; who are older than me. Theyboth just seem to hate young people. I?ve talked to my friends and they have agreed that they have been treated the way by theseladies. I do not know what is going on in thier lives, but I just do not understand why it is okay for humankind to treat peoplelike this. When I go to my job I always put a smile on my face and help everyone with questions; no matter what hardships I amgoing through. Just wish they would be more helpful and less rude towards us younger people. Just to confirm I love Starbucks,they have fantastic drinks with a great environment, just would love to say that all the staff is friendly as well. Read more
This is the only location where the guy always overheats the milk and leaves half of the cup full of foam. I waisted $28 for... horrible lattes. Absolutely absurd. He is the only guy who works there and has no clue on how to make a latte. Please train himproperly or remove him. I will be speaking to a regional manager about this. If you are there make sure not to get lattes. Itwill ruin your day!! Read more
Convenient location, but not as quick service as a full-fledged Starbucks. You can use your Starbucks rewards to pay, but they... have to manually enter the number in (no scanning). I don't believe they accept rewards drinks either. Read more
Ordered 2 Americano Mistos. They both honestly were the worst Starbucks coffees we have ever purchased.. Apr 14 2018 9am. Lucky... I didn't taste inside store or I would've asked for my card to be refunded. Read more
