Service is poor. Rude in drive through. Wrong order every time. Long waits in drive through for up to 15-20 minutes. Poor... communication among staff. Was treated horribly more than once and never coming back. Employees need more training on bettercustomer service at this location. Don't expect fresh food or a smile if you come here. Read more
Went to this location around 3pm today 11/13/2022. Went to the drive through thinking it would ve faster but it was more slower.... I guess the person was training cuz it took us around 10 minutes just to finish our order. And when i got my order it seems likethey were in a rush to make it cuz the fish filet that i order the fish did not make it to the bun. as the picture that iuploaded.. Read more

Staff are not friendly. No eye contact, no smile, nothing friendly, and when ya ask a question like is there a spoon in the bag... buddy is replying before your finished asking the question. People are not the kind and friendly people they all once were.Maybe someone will read this review and remember how to provide friendly service. Read more

Regarding the Westview location, the staff is quite friendly and helpful, the coffee is fresh and excellent, but the food is a... listless quality. Perhaps in general McDonald's has lowered their standards a bit from when I was younger; either way you'll getwhat you ordered but probably won't be wowed. Read more

Order from this place a few times a month, in usually going into late night service which you can be waiting for 5-10 min with... no one in line. The busier though you can see them trying to rush orders or even work on 3-6 different orders at a time, I thinkthey get a little lost once it hits multiple orders if they don't pay attention. Late night won't have issues with their orderand the atmosphere in there just feels depressing, which I get it's a McDonald's. But overall decent service, decent food, and Iwill go back for my pick up orders. Read more

entrance is in the front walkway and also in the back parking lot. the back parking lot is dangerous a bit since the drive... through cars will be crossing the entrance pathway. there is no way to slow cars from crossing in front of you. this place is abit clean and has more space since not a lot of people come. staff kind of showed their frustration a little bit in the front soyeah it kinda of affected the mood of the place. there is outdoor seating but it's very tight. I'm pregnant so it's not tooideal to weave around the picnic tables even though it was good sun outside. bought mcflurry kitkat but it wasn't mixedproperly at all. it wasn't mixed halfway to the bottom. so that one was sad. and it had a big hole in the middle so i wasbasically getting half of what i paid for bought fries as well, nothing new. greasy but that's what fries areunfortunately. good for a stop over place before heading out to walk at the seawall for sure. Just plan to spend a few minutes in the queue. The only repeat complaint is stir thecoffee, we drive thru so we can't just pop the lid & stir. The WORST Service and "Don't Care" attitude ever. Went in this morning, ordered on the App, two breakfast sandwiches. I walk in,... my number pops on the screen and there are maybe 3-4 orders worth of stuff piling up in the hopper for workers to assemble intobags. My number is the top of the list and the paper chit is there on the counter. Girl looks at it. Looks at me. Nothing issaid. She proceeds to pull the chits for the next two orders after mine and call them, totally ignoring my chit and thesandwiches in the hopper for them. So, I politely ask if she is going to process (number xxx) as I am waiting. Ignores me. Grabsanother and puts it together. By now, my number has dropped off the screen. Again, a little louder, and perhaps a touch lesspolite, I ask, "What about number xxx"? No comment but another lady walks over to assist her and again starts another order. Bynow I am not happy and ask once again, why they aren't assembling my order. FINALLY the 2nd lady puts it together with a huffand drops it roughly onto the counter and turns away. I then state loudly that "you might be finished with me but I want someketchup!" I am tossed three packets aimed at my face! Really don't want to make any cultural comments that will undoubtedly getturned against me but if you are so unhappy here in your job, why did you come to work today? It's not MY fault for damnsure.
