The woman who took our drive thru order was extremely confused. I essentially had to walk her through the simple steps of an... order of 2 snack wraps, 2 drinks, and a quarter pounder. It took her the better portion of 10 minutes how to figure this out.And we received it as 2 separate orders, for one family, in one car. When everything was said and done, I had to run my cardtwice just to get this food for the kids. And the slushie was melted, food cold. We never even got to see our order on thescreen, no idea what she was doing, and when I asked about it, she just said she was "fixing" our order. Needless to say, theorder was wrong. I had to open up my kids burger and pick out by by hand, the things he didn't want. Totally discouraging,ameteurish operation. Never seen anything like it. Update: Go inside to order and your will be ignored by over 10 employeeswhile you wait to make an order. This is even if you are the only person in the lobby! Read more

If you go through the drive through at night and your hungry, make sure you bring snack. I waited from 10:34pm till 11:16pm to... get a cold coffee and cold fries. Not even a "sorry about the wait" just took money handed me two items I didn't even drink oreat. Never the F again!!! Read more

We had issues with the lack of service. We had three different people come to take our order. The first person was Asian... decent, (only made it through a small part of a 4 person order, before asking me to wait), another person started to take theorder and again could not keep up and asked us to wait. She in return was replaced by yet another person who completed theorder. I have managered and trained many people over the years, it is my opinion that these young people were not trained andevaluated very much or well before being thrown into the job. For that reason I believe that the incompetence shone through. It was frustrating and showed lack of training and leadership on behalf of management. There was a lineup out to the main road. Went through the the drive thru just after 10pm. Had the greatest experience with the person taking the orders. They asked if I... was collecting points and I said I wasn't sure how the app works for points.(I'm old, don't judge me!) ???? They were very sweettrying to help me and when neither of us could figure it out on my phone, they ran off and got me a pamphlet to help me. Thiskind of service is what makes people want to visit this location. Let's be honest. It's McDonald's and there are several optionson the North Shore. Thank you for your awesome service!! Read more
