This restaurant has become the worst place that I?ve visited. Don?t get me wrong, the food was okay but there were 2 things that... became a letdown. 1. The dishes were not clean. Before I had a nice cup of green tea, I noticed that there was a small of foodsticking at the side in which I removed. Didn?t complain so I figured let?s enjoy the night. 2. Paying tip. Now I thought thisplace was an okay area to enjoy some good food. But in the end, there were 2 dumb waitresses who have been telling me to pay tipafter dinner. Not cool. First off, if I?m going to pay tip, I?ll pay it as long as the atmosphere is great, good customerservice and some condiments for the food. Instead, forcing me to pay tip is a massive letdown, bad customer service and no soysauce on the table. Overall, this restaurant should stay closed and forever closed until there?s a new management or a newstore. I?ve had my share of dining at Chinese restaurants and this is not one of them. While our food was hot when we got it, everything was incredibly bland and greasy. My spring roll was just cabbage and my... fingers were dripping in grease after trying it. The shrimp fried rice and chicken chow mein had no seasoning whatsoever. Ourfood took over an hour, and we had to call back to ask if it had left the store. It ?was just coming out?. When we went to pickit up it was basically empty and there weren?t any other orders waiting for pickup/delivery, so I?m not sure what took solong. I will definitely not be returning. Read more

I will never order from here again. This has been the worst experience ordering from a restaurant ever. After picking up our... order we realized they had missed one of our dishes, but charged us for it. So we phoned them to get the dish or a refund forthe dish. They preceeded to argue with us and after speaking to four different people, all of them terrible to deal with wefinally got the "ok" to come pick up our missing dish. I do not recommend even considering this place to eat at and based off ofwhat I saw when I was in there im sure its due for an inspection. Read more

I have tried this restaurant (inside dining) several times in the past and always found their meals cheated of an authentic... Chinese taste or not tasting fresh of the grill. I am an optimist and believe in supporting local businesses; therefore, I triedagain. Understandably, the restaurant has no inside dining due to COVID. The order was ready within 15 minutes. I was there in10 minutes to get my food hot. It was just warm. Unfortunately, it was the same disappointment and even more. I found somethingblack on one of the pieces of meat and lost my appetite. The meal looks appetizing in the picture, but it?s far from it. Ofcourse, the portions are smaller now, and the price ($14.44) has gone up, which I don?t mind paying, but I like to enjoy mymeal. I am not coming back again for sure. I can get a better Chinese dish at this price range at the food court. By the way, inthe picture, it is half of the meal. While the food was good and the service was fantastic, I was pretty unimpressed with the hygiene. It was a very slow night at... the restaurant, and the bathroom was disgusting. It smelled like a campground portapotty. Very dirty. Also, as I was walkingback to my table there was a large plate of raw meat sitting out on a table in the open. If food prep absolutely must be done inthe dining area, at least get it done quickly instead of walking away from it. So while I enjoyed the food while I was eatingit and loved the service/portions, I left the restaurant feeling a little grossed out.
