All the food we ordered was delicious! Everything was delicious, but the pasta sauce tasted really good. I'll visit again next... time. Read more

If I were blind folded I am not sure I could tell you what I ate. I ordered a pizza margherita and what I got instead was the... driest cracker on earth with a pretzel’s crust. It could have been the most beautiful frisbee though. This pizza had no salt, the smallest amount of tomato sauce and close to no cheese, it was absolutely flavourless. At some point I even wondered if Ihad Covid and lost my sense of taste. Service was below average too. Not sure if this restaurant is associated with the Bufalain Kerrisdale, but they’re nothing alike. Read more

I've been eating couple of time at Bufala. The pizzas were decent and sitting on the patio add a nice atmosphere to the meal.... However they started to ask guests to pay $5/person for reservation that will be donated to charity. So if you want to make areservation for 4 people you will need to pay $20 up front. Even though giving back to the community is important it's not thekind of service you want from a restaurant. Read more

The patio is just right for summer time. The cocktails were great and food is tasty. However, if you want to book a table... online. It automatically charge you $10 per person to donate to a charity. When I booked the table, I didn’t read the messageclearly. I thought it was a reserve fee like a lot of restaurants do these days. If you no show then they will charge you. Butfor this restaurant, if you don’t pay the fee, you cannot book the table. So be aware of it. We were there for a weekday’sevening, there is a lot of empty tables. So reservation is unnecessary. But I’m not sure about the line on the weekend. Read more

We have only been here for brunch (twice now!) but will need to come back for dinner. The good: the breakfast carbonara is worth... it and I'd keep coming back for that! The bombolini were so good, was great to share with the table and I tried a bite of myfiancés capocollo benny and that was delicious, I also think I could eat a bowl of the rosemary potatoes with hollandaise sauceevery day and never get sick of it! The coffee was very good according to my fiancé, I got a latte but am pretty easy to pleasewith my drinks. The disappointing: the brunch board sounded like a good idea but the 2 types of toast lacked seasoning (didn'ttaste like there was even any salt on either of them) and I asked for soft poached eggs but they were well done. Would notrecommend when there are other amazing options that we had tried. Read more

Nice atmosphere and good service. We came for Sunday brunch - the menu had a lot of options and it was difficult to decide what... to order as it all sounded really good. I ordered the Benny, which was served over a really delicious focaccia. The arugula sidesalad was really enjoyable as well. The “pork shoulder” was misleading as it was just a very thin slice of prosciutto butthe menu made it sound a lot more substantial. Ordered an extra sausage on the side to make up for it which was great. Thepotatoes were delicious but sadly about half were too crunchy so overall not as many on the plate as it first seemed. TheBellini was really small and not worth the price. Overall, however, really nice brunch. Read more

Nice, snug Italian place serving really authentic fare. Rigatoni tasted very good and the ragù was prepared just the way I like... it - the sauce didn’t overpower the taste of meat, an integral part of the dish. The waiters are very friendly. The restauranthas a good selection of craft beers. Read more

Great selection of pasta, pizza and brunch items. We had a pepperoni pizza and a Capocollo Benedict. Both tasted amazing, the... flavours were well balanced, the thin crust was satisfying and the potatoes had great contrast in texture. The portions aregenerous and definitely worth the price. Our waitress was calm and nice, she had a soothing voice which made the diningexperience relaxing. The tiramisu was huge and only 11$. It was amazing how we could see all the layers. Additionally, thetiramisu was soft, creamy and the sweetness was just perfect for me. Read more
