A&W has always been our go to for family breakfast place during family trips. This experience has changed this for us... forever. We ordered two combos and two hash browns and two sausage eggers. What we got was two plain muffin top instead thesandwiches. We never got the hash brown we paid for. We only found out after we drove back to the hotel. When we called them,they didn?t even apologize for the inconvenience and for charging us for products they didn?t even give us. We provided them theorder number so they could work on coaching their staff, the person that answered the phone did not care at all. Worstexperience ever in fast food. Read more
Good place to swing by for a quick meal. Filling, friendly staff and the burgers were amazing. Hit the spot perfectly. The... floats arent as good as they used to be due to them switching to ice cream pucks for the floats but when its hot out you reallydont care. Read more

Always clean but generally disorganized counter staff, mediocre service, even with more staff than customers. Drive through can... be challenging, with poor intercom audio quality and language fluency issues often slowing the process significantly. Food isclassic A&W, all the favorites plus the best full breakfast value anywhere. The new ?Brew Bar? machine makes a range ofexpensive, syrupy slop, served in cup 2/3 filled with ice. Don?t waste your money, just get a root beer. Read more
