I called for takeout @ 6:50p on a Sat & ordered Popper's, Chix Bac Ranch Wrap & Pnut butter dessert. I specified "fried/crispy"... Chix 2xs when I ordered. I didn't have to wait, added a soda & cashed out for just under $30. Came home and my wrap had grilledchix (prob seasoned 4 Caesar salads) & no ranch. My Popper's didn't have marinara sauce and it looked like they just plopped mydessert in a box. I worked in food service industry for 20yrs & would've expected whipped cream or sauce drizzled over a peanutbutter dessert, even if it was on the side. I'll try to upload pics. I wasn't impressed. This place is great! the food quality, portions, and prices are excellent. Can't go wrong with anything on their menu.
I called In a order at 11:00 am as soon as they opened, for small pizza & sub. I arrived at Lumberjacks at 11:20 proceed to pay... ahead. At 12:07pm I asked when my order would be ready after waiting 47 minutes that is from when I paid. I proceeded to askwhen order would be ready girl said pizza were on there way out of oven. A woman who came in after me order 3 large pizzas andwalked out before me. I then asked for owner. When she finally came over she was trying to blame girl answering phone. I said inno way was it her fault and I don?t think owner understood what I was trying to tell her. She then became rude and with anattitude. I will never go back!!! Wieners are ok, if you?re hungry and been drinking. For the most part they?re good, but as other reviewers aforementioned... statements?.. the bread is rock hard. They should steam the buns like the real ones. I?ll give it another try though and changemy review according. Read more
Ordered pizza, sandwich, and apps. Pizza was delivered and basically not cooked. I had to finish cooking it myself. Used to be... good. What happened??? Last order! Read more
The wings were really good. Actually real wings. Not the tiny little wing dings most pizza places use. So yes loved the chicken... wings ???? I got a sausage/meatball calzone. That I didn't really care much for. It was all mushy and soggy inside. Kinda likewhen meatballs are made with way to much breadcrumbs for filler. For the price of it. I feel it was not worth it. Great service, great hot wieners and ice cold specialty root beer. Well worth the visit. It is located in the same building as... Gator's Pub but go in the side door. Or go into Gator's grab a beer and head into Lumber-Jacks. Mouth watering pizza, dine-in,take-out or delivery. Read more
Twice we have ordered lumber Luna pizzas, they are no different than original lumberjack pizzas. Don?t order thinking you?ll get... historic Mezza Luna tasting/Style pizza. Staff did not care, ?I guarantee this is a lumber Luna pizza?. The only difference iscrust and sauce. Locals know it?s not! Don?t lie to me when I?ve ordered two different types of pizzas and they all taste thesame. Read more
