Quantity for price not impressive. Fries were hard. tots were hard. Boneless wings may have been the smallest I have seen.... Service wasn?t bad but not good either. My wife and I went for lunch and stood at the entrance podium for 5 minutes and nobody came so we left. There was a woman... working the bar and still no help. I always come here and have good time and great food. We ordered onion rings they were over cooked and very oily. Not good. I... ordered 10pc traditional wings and only got all drums no wings. They also came out cold. We got our food out before our drinks.Which never happens. Kids meal come out last and also cold. Service was very rushing us out as well. It was one of worst experience I ever had at any restaurant. Yesterday We went to BWW at North Smithfield location and we... ordered buffalo chicken tots and it came up with some white stuff on it which they said it blue cheese. The presentation of foodwas very nice but as soon as we ate the blue cheese tasted like/like you are have a bad breath. I called the waitress andinformed her about the food, I was amazed by her reply. Me: Hey hi, just wanted to inform you this food is tasting real badjust like a bed breath. Waitress: hmm idk, I don?t eat blue cheese. Me: we eat blue cheese but it doesn?t taste like this. Ithas weird taste. Waitress: idk, I can?t say. But let me just inform the manager We waited for long and waitress came gave outcheck and I asked, did you got chance to talk to manager about the food. She replied surprisingly as in she knew, ohh he dintcame.Then she went in and with in a min or or two manager comes and it was more worst. Manager: You guys having any problem Me:The food taste bad and we just wanted to inform you or bring to your notice. Manager: it?s not possible that it is bad Me: Soyou are saying we are lying. Manager: I don?t eat blue cheese but this blue cheese is fresh and good for another 2 weeks so itcan?t be bad. Me: I know how blue cheese taste, so are you trying to say we are lying. Manager: (with attitude) OK I will takethis out of your bill @BWW corporate I have never seen such a rude customer service, I never asked return I was just waitingfor a ?sorry if you dint like the food?. They brought my food out to me first which I know happens sometimes but by the time I got the rest of the food my food was cold.... They shouldn?t just waited longer until they started cooking my food. Got charged for the wrong beer and the manager had theworker take it out of her tip.
