I want to like this restaurant more, I think there's a lot of potential for improvement and I do have high hopes. The Brisket:... Sadly bland. No option for chopped or burnt ends. I'm sorry but that ain't BBQ. The Chili: A self serve Chili bar, truly agreat idea with poor execution. Especially for the cost I would like to see sour cream, cheese, chips, etc to dress the Chili.If that was an option I'd be there EVERY DAY for lunch. The Good: The sandwich model with the bbq proteins is great for quickservice. The Bad: Extremely limited options The Ugly: Cost relative to quality and bland limited brisket. I will try again,everyone has an off day but my hopes are high to see this venue succeed. It will need to make some changes to sustain long termsuccess. Read more
Stopped randomly because I was in the mood for barbeque. I haven't had any great barbeque in New England and finally I found the... best barbeque in New England! Not only did we show up minutes before closing and they served us, the staff was super friendly!We ended up with the smoked cubano and beef brisket sandwiches and both were delicious!
