I had ordered some last minute food for new years eve, they were taking orders up u tip 2pm and I had placed mine at 145pm. The... woman asked me what time did I want it to be ready for and I said 3pm if that wasn't too early and she said nope that will work.I am a RN so last minute I got assigned a patient to see last minute. I called the restaurant at 2pm and asked them to have itready for 4pm instead (figuring it would give them an extra hr too! They hadn'tstarted it). It was a different lady who I spoketo via phone and she gave me such a rude condescending attitude.... She said "no we can't do, close early tonight and that won'twork".(they were closing at 11!!!).... I asked politely and explained why I asked to change it and she rudely said no! So shecanceled my order instead. I know it's NYE and everyone is busy but come on!!! Don't open up a restaurant if you are going to bea rude jerk who could give 2 craps about their customers. Worst chinese food I ever had! These people who said it was good have no idea what good Chinese food is. So bland and the beef... and chicken taste soft and gross, and they won't give you duck sauce unless you ask for it? Unreal...I am new to the town andvery disappointed. Read more

Great food house fried rice is terrific. Definitely just obtained a new customer.
The food is really good here. It's always fresh and they seem to make everything themselves. I have been going for a year now... and have never been disappointed. It's not a sit-down kind of restaurant though they do have nice tables just no wait staff. Read more
This is my family's favorite place to get mei fun Although we haven't explored the bulk of the rest of the menu, the dishes we... have had our all superlative. Rice noodles are cooked well and the dish is not at all greasy. The prices are very reasonable andthey are very quick to provide service. They only have a few small table tops for eating in, but the bulk of their businessseems to be takeout. The location is off the main beaten path but well worth the trip. Read more
We had a favorite Chinese restaurant in Johnston for nearly 20 years. We tried China Garden when they first opened and no one... else can compare! We get take-out once a week and it's the best! Consistent every time and my true test of great Chinese food ishow good it is for leftovers. Always good, always! Read more
