Gavin is a fantastic employee. He works hard even on the busiest hour. How ever they are short staffed . And as I have been here... on multiple occasions they have left the young man to do multiple positions why the women stand around demanding him to eachposition instead of taking two seconds to push a button Or pull fries it's frustrating to watch . This place would benefit ifemployees did their jobs and not rely on one person. Read more

The staff here are awesome! Burger king is burger king, the food is what I expected. What really stood out to me was the staff.... All three employees I interacted with were just very friendly. It seemed like everyone in the kitchen was in a good mood. I dontsee that very often in fast food restaurants, really brightened my day. Wish I payed more attention to nametags just so I couldgive them a shout out. Read more

This restaurant will make you question how it is profitable, waited 15 minutes in the drive through for the lady working to go... on break and transfer me to the next person to come back. Then when I finally ordered I got to wait another short 25 minutesbefore receiving my food Read more

I don't typically rate fast food, you know what you're getting into. However, this was below a standard that even fast food... should be tolerable. Kids' nuggets and cheese sticks smelt burnt and tasted even worse. I had low expectations yet this BK stillmanaged to fall short. Read more

Went there yesterday and got the an order fries ones I have ever got any place. Tasted more salt than fries even ketchup could... not cover the salt. All so got vanilla shake it was not really cold more of a thin and running glass of milk. The protein shakes I drink are thicker then the shake I had at BK . The only thing of keep having was the whopper. Today every thing wasgood whopper and a medium coke. I will never get a order of fries or a shake there again Read more

After waiting 5 minutes to order. Which was pointless because the communication with the woman on the other end left me... questioning whether the wireless connection was crossed with the dry cleaner down the roads maybe that?s why she seemedbewildered when I asked to, ?please add lettuce onion and extra pickle?. I mentioned I had a coupon for a free fry, she saidsomething about (dry cleaning?) and confusingly added my total which was clearly for someone?s else?s order. Not mine. A freefry and a value burger for $11. Seems legit. Oh wait. She did say the addition of lettuce onion and pickle was an additional$.25. Not an issue, or wouldn?t have been had they added it. At the window: the face behind the voice appeared. Now I nearlyforgot who I had spoken to as I had waited 10 minutes after I ordered. But when she got to the window, she stared blankly as Iheld up the app with a coupon. A solid minute passed. Knowing there were now vehicles behind me in the wait line, I snapped herfrom the trance by saying it was my coupon. Blinking her dry eyes she turned one or more of them my direction and asked for apaper coupon. Ummm huh? ? No I have got this. Here?s the code. ?. Almost losing her to another glossed eyed trance she backedup looking for the manager. Maybe he was a shift lead. Because he promptly left the burger station said were true? , ?Fight orFlight? panned across her blank eyes like the breaking news on NBC News. 6 minutes later I paid the manager my new total. Whichincluded $.25 of fresh additions and 2 extra fry sauces. Well imagine my surprise when there were zero pickles. A piece oflettuce that I found under the onion slice. My $3 burger was not consumed by myself or anyone else in my family including beingrejected by a hungry poodle. 25 minutes and $4 I?ll never get back. Tell me to tell you to steer clear of this scab. After pulling into the drive thru the person comes over the speaker to asks what I wanted. I let them know the menu is off so... I'm not sure. They tell me yeah, it's been broken for a while and nobody's come to fix it. But if I wanted to pull around theycould help me at the window. Great, I think they must have menus up there while the outside one is broken. I pull up to thewindow where they again ask me what I wanted to order and I again tell them that I don't know because I haven't seen the menu.So we go through the whole it's broken and hasn't been fixed yet story but you can just tell me what you want. We then justlooked at each other for a second and I told them thanks I'd go somewhere else. Couple things... who is eating at Burger King sooften that they have the menu memorized? And is just hoping people can guess the menu really the best solution to this problem? Read more

This Burger king has consistently provided terrible service. I work nearby and order every once and a while. Everytime I show up... the service gets worse. It started with the menus not being turned on during operational hours. Now I get ignored at the drivethru as well. The staff is extremely polite or rood. There is no in-between and it's rarely polite. The service is slow evenwhen there is more employees then customers. Read more
