Visited during a worst case scenario; McDonald's complete pos system was down due to a temporary power outage. Food was cold from the moment I got it and the cheeseburgers were not only cold but also hard and stale... We had to wait 10 minutes for our food after paying for it via the drive-thru. The restaurant was taking orders and payments,... moving the cars into a queue area and then would bring multiple orders out at once. It may be necessary for staffing, but froma customer standpoint it was wholly unacceptable. If I knew how long it would take to get my food, I would have gone elsewhere. Read more

THEY ALMOST KILLED ME!!! DON?T GO HERE! I have never been more appalled at the service in a McDonald?s. I have a severe dairy... allergy and normally if I click ?no cheese? it means NO CHEESE. It does not mean lazily peel the cheese off a burger. Three ofmy burgers (I eat these over a period of 4 days) had cheese bits or partial slices on them. Or in this case ALL cheese on it. Myorder clearly says no cheese. I also asked for Roman tomatoes. Paid extra. Never got any tomatoes on my food. I had to throwthem all out anyways because I didn?t want to risk vomiting and diarrhea from the allergy. If there?s enough of it, I?ve had mythroat begin to close. Thanks McD?s of North Ridgeville! You could?ve made me very, very sick and you would?ve had an evenbigger problem on your hands. Shame on you!! It?s not hard to follow an order!
