Visited during a worst case scenario; McDonald's complete pos system was down due to a temporary power outage. We had to wait 10 minutes for our food after paying for it via the drive-thru. The restaurant was taking orders and payments,... moving the cars into a queue area and then would bring multiple orders out at once. It may be necessary for staffing, but froma customer standpoint it was wholly unacceptable. If I knew how long it would take to get my food, I would have gone elsewhere. Read more
