VERY weak coffee. Employees made no effort to give us a fresh cup instead we had to buy a shot of espresso which tasted like... poison and made the coffee even worse. Employee tried to say other Dunkin's machines were not calibrated and coffee shouldn't bestrong. What!?!? This coffee didn't even come close to Dunkin standards ....maybe they need to try a cup. Lol. Asked for 2 dozen assorted donuts. How are these even an assortment? And the 2 taken were from hungry kids that they ended up... thinking they were gross anyway. Very disappointed! Read more
Never told me the total before pulling up or at the window. Just took my card. Then when I asked for whipped cream I was given... attitude by the young man at the window. He then proceeded to hand me my cup without any whipped cream and I said no I justasked? he says oh yea and then rolls his eyes as he turns around with my cup. When coming back to the window he just handed methe cup and walked away even after I said thank you twice. Never a your welcome or have a nice day. Recommend better training oncustomer service! I placed an online order for a box of coffee and some donuts for work meeting thinking I could either pick it up or they bring... it out to me like many of the other restaurants do. Their lobby was closed the line was 15 cars deep and when I called to askif they could bring it out to me the person was extremely rude and basically hung up. What's the point of mobile orders if youcan't pick it up quickly and bypass the drive-thru in lines. If I was the franchise owner of the store I'd be embarrassed on theservice they provide to their customers. It's one thing to have issues it's another thing to be rude to customers over thephone and hang up on them. Read more
Please understand the only reason I gave 2 stars was because the employee was courteous and friendly. I?m not a big DD person... but I figured I?d order through my phone to save time - I ordered 12 donuts (4 different flavors) and 2 drinks. I checked in at10:21am while on the exit ramp of I-480. Pulled into their lot at 10:23am, by 10:33 I was 1 car past the speaker and at 10:38 Iwas still 1 car from the window. I soon found out why: when I got to the window I had to ask for my drinks to be put in acarrier, then I was told 1 of my choices was out of stock - my deselection was also out of stock. During this time a second itemon the original order went out of stock! I then said I?d just take any 12 donuts as long as they aren?t filled. Worker finishedassembling my dozen then proceeded to make a coffee drink which she put in my carrier. I told her I was only suppose to have 2drinks - she examined the carrier and as she removed 1 she mumbled ?why is this even here?? She handed me the carrier, thedozen and a bag (what?s in the bag!?). 20 minutes in the drive-thru by the time I pulled away from the window and I ended upwith 12 chocolate donuts (originally asked for 3 chocolate), the 2 iced coffees (correct) and a bag of blueberry(?) donut holes(that I didn?t even order)... You?d think with the ?out of stock? issue that the donuts would be fresh but that wasn?t so. Idon?t think I will be visiting that location anytime soon. Read more
Eewww ok my daughter went to Dunkin for me. I don't know what the hell she brought home. I ordered an English muffin egg cheese... and bacon it was borderline gross but oh my Lord the hash browns are burt and not edible like what the hell. What a waist ofmoney SERIOUSLY WOULD YOU HONESTLY EAT THIS?????? I will drive 50 miles before I go to this location.
