I worked at this location in 1974. Man, has it gone down hill! No manager in site. The building and parking lot are dirty. My... crispy chicken sandwich is ice cold and I didn?t get fries, that I did order(on receipt). They made blizzards first and if Ihadn?t asked them to put in freezer til our food came up, they?d be liquid. I understand the original owner?s daughter owns itnow. Such a shame. Read more
Ordered 6 large cups of ice cream and paid $20. It barely went over the rim. Go to Rocky River DQ and you get a full cup, twice... as much as I got here and for $16. When you order large you expect to get a large and not some BS about DQ corporate. Won't begoing here anymore. First impressions are important so don't be cheap especially given the prices you charge. Read more
This is usually my favorite DQ to go to because the quality is usually amazing. I ordered a blizzard and asked for extra add... ins, paid for them and got less than I would without asking for extra. Plus, the blizzard wasn't even mixed. The bottom half ofthe blizzard was just vanilla ice cream. Super disappointed. Read more
The girls at the register were so sweet they took our order which consisted of the pretzels and queso. 2 orders for $4.00 We... also had a coupon from the app in my phone which stated if you buy one peanut buster parfait you get the second one from a 99cents. My son made an adjustment to his by getting heath instead of peanuts and with the two orders of stuffed pretzels andqueso are bill came up to Just over $11.00. The service was great, The place was clean, very generous with the toppings, anatmosphere was nice. I would definitely go there again! Staff always friendly and ice cream always good. But TWICE in the past few weeks, we got there 30-45 minutes before it said they... were closed online. Workers were inside cleaning but either regularly decide to close early or posted hours are inaccurate anddon't get updated. I was about to drive out there again tonight, but decided to call first just in case. Im glad i did. It rangand rang and nobody answered, so I'm assuming they closed before posted hours again and I'll be looking to find a new go-tospot. Bummer. Read more
