We ordered a grilled chicken combo and a Sweet and Spicy Burger combo. It took nearly 30 minutes to get our order. I know it... takes 8-10 minutes for the chicken to cook, not 30 minutes. Well, they must have made my son's burger and let it sit til myfood was done because when we finally got our food, my son's burger wasn't hot. I asked the for the manager. I really like Whataburger. This store on Saturday 8/6/22 was terrible. The meat patties were not hot. The cheese was not melted.... Buns soggy. I knew there was a problem when they brought my food out just a few seconds after I sat down. This location hasgotten worse. Read more
