This location needs a huge revamp. The inside is old, dark, and dirty. We did not see the employees step out from behind the... counter once for anything but for their break I am assuming. The food was okay but the pico was old, cause for concern, andlet's not talk about what the kitchen looked like from behind the counter. We also couldn't enjoy our food as we would likesince they decided to leave the radio on some BBC political talk show??? Not sure whose idea that was but it's definitely notwhat I want to hear when trying to enjoy a meal. Probably won't return unless they are completely renovated. Read more
Kids love the mexi chips and dips! We usually get the cheesy chicken enchiladas and they?re yummy.
Food in mediocre which you would expect, however my gripe is about the radio station. Customers should be able to eat without... being subjected to political propaganda talk radio. Radio should be an a neutral variety music station. Read more
I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:40pm on Sunday 6/5. Male worker said, ?we?re closed?. I said, ?it says online you close at... 10? and he said ?yeah but we?re closed?. Horrible. Read more
Got the whole lotta box and it was a whole lotta nothin. They had no rice so they gave us 4 containers of beans. No soda. No... tea. The burritos were half their size and the beans in the burritos were burnt. It was only 8:45pm, so they shouldn't be inclose down mode on a Sunday. Never coming back here again. So I have given this place several chances to get it right so this is not a knee jerk reaction to one messed up drive thru... order. On several occasions this restaurant closes it's doors with no explanation. This is frustrating on many levels but theprimary one is when they get the order wrong in the drive thru ( which this is a common occurrence) you have to go back aroundand wait in line AGAIN because you cannot go in the lobby. On another visit when they did have their lobby open during the dayI ordered my meal and it never came...I tried to get someone's attention after twenty minutes and they all pretended like theydidn't speak English. I literally paid, got nothing, then had to leave because I was late to an engagement. Lastly, if you doget your food expect it to be hastily thrown together often with ingredients missing. Regular bean burritos that have almost nobeans in them, side orders or drinks that are only half filled up. The management at this location does not know what they aredoing and thusly the staff doesn't either. Avoid! Read more
Awful... just awful the queso in my mexidips and chips had miscellaneous clumps in it...one as bug as a golf ball. It had to be... noticed when putting it in the cup and I guess they didn't care. The beans were just so old and crusty. My beef muchaco didn'thave ANY beef. I should have known better it was around 5pm and we were the only customers. The store doesn't have a phone andthere is not a way to successfully reach out to a manager, or the Corp office. Read more
