Not happy that when I got home, I saw that my nacho salad didn't have chili sauce. Easily the worst one I've had. Please reach... out. The team tonight was a sad bunch. Asked for my drink to not have ice more than once and still had it in my drink. Whatcould've been a nice experience was just a rude one from start to finish. On a Sunday at 7:15 pm no one answers the drive thru. So I attempt to go inside and the door is locked. There is a blonde siting... inside on her cell. When looking inside I can see food out but no one working. This place just needs to close down if they can'tbe open during business hours. Per Google this location is OPEN until 10pm. Several times I have went to this location approximately 15 mins. prior to 9pm, and... they were closed. Went through the drive thru and waited 5 mins and received no help. Followed through and looked in the drivethru window and found that no one was inside. All of the lights were on including the outside sign. With all due kindness, Ifyou close at 9pm please update your page to reflect this. Sincerely. A customer who likes your food. Read more
This review is hard to write. This location manager was rude and very dismissive. We ordered our food and they neglected to... tell us that the card system had been up and down all day. So rather than letting us know prior or comping the order for theinconvenience, they shrugged their shoulders and just said sorry. I won't come back to this location. PLEASE TACO BUENO REALIZEDIE HARD CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSELF KEEP YOU FROM GOING BACK TO THE BRINK OF EXTINCTION. I absolutely love Taco Bueno. Read more
