Decided to go get coffee at Starbucks this morning. I order a tall medium roast and request room for cream. The barista hands me... my coffee and it is filled to the brim. I handed it back and asked him to please pour some out. He pours out almost a quarter ofthe cup. I add just a touch of cream the coffee isn't hot it's almost lukewarm and it is the weakest medium roast I've evergotten at any Starbucks ever. I won't be back. Read more

I see new staff here every few months it seems but the young man with the flower ink Brian is always present for the past... several years I've been a customer at this location. He always makes my drink correctly 100% of the time even when I give him mycomplicated drink combinations but he always laughs it off when I apologize and hands it off in a matter of 2 minutes every timeeven when he is alone! I prefer this location to other Starbucks because the staff actually cares about the customers comparedto other coffee shops and it's a lot more quicker than waiting 30 minutes across the street at the drive-thru!!
