This Starbucks was noticeably clean and quick with our drinks. Good tasting, well-made coffee and the servers were very pleasant... to deal with. Always a long wait. I've visited many times and the service at this location is the slowest I've experienced. Product was good,... but employee was making my beverage while I was at the pick up window. They are behind on service. Prepare for a long drive thruwait time. Read more
Went to get a dream bar only, once paid I started to eat it, tasted a little different than what they usually taste. As I look... at the date it goes bad it states to be discarded 8/11 and it's 8/12. I've never been given an expired dream bar before buttoday was the first. Won't be returning to this location. Read more
I love this location. I was a barista for 6 years. 3 of those years were for Starbucks. It?s hard to find a Starbucks location... where management has taught them to care about their espresso times. I come here a lot of mornings throughout the week and theyhave never given me less than perfect shots, even with a busy drive thru moving at the same time as the cafe. Tastes the sameevery time. This place usually does pretty well but today they left out my favorite part of my drink. The caramel macchiato is supposed to... come with caramel drizzle and they completely left it out. You can see in the pictures provided that there is clearly no carameldrizzle. It typically sinks down to the bottom of the cup and you can?t even see it there. I was in a rush so I didn?t check ituntil I had already left. My drink was supposed to be prepared by 9:43 and it wasn?t finished until 9:53 and I couldn?t stay anylonger. I am completely and utterly disappointed and disgusted in the way your employee made fun of my drink and commented on how many... pumps of classic syrup, and how I had extra carmel drizzle in my coffee drink. I left your establishment in tears. I guess shethought since I was at the drive thru I wouldn't here her OR SEE HER show another person my cup and make rude comments about theingredients I chose to add to my drink. You should really tell your employees to keep their comments to themselves. Not everyonehas a perfect body nor does everyone want a perfect body.
