You can order curbside delivery but since they don't have a parking spot for it they refuse to do it. Even though they know the... customer has no way of knowing, they don't tell you and just sit your smoothie on the counter like you should magically know tocome in. The employee acted like I was crazy. They had the description of my car and it was right in front of the windows sothey could see it and provide the advertised service if they cared to. I hope they can be retrained and do better for futurecustomers. Update: The smoothie was so bad, y'all. Huge globs of unblended dates that clogged the straw to where I couldn'tget it out and had to find a random straw. Drank about 1/3 but couldn't handle it. I hope this was just a fluke. Read more

Stopped by to grab an Island Impact. Was in and out in what felt quicker than usual? So that?s a good thing. Staff were super... friendly. Made the whole experience almost relaxing. Very good smoothie. The drive thru menu is at a weird angle, confusing layout, and hard to read though.

On 8/28 the experience with the two people working the shop wasn?t a welcoming one. Also hours are different and they don?t... really indicate whenever they close their drive-tru in the evening and just go to cafe only which is okay but they seemed morein a hurry to pre-close than greet or help us out. Good little branch of the smoothie titan. The inside is clean and open (aside from the narrow path at the register to the... restroom). The staff is mostly young, and while not the most observant (let me stand around for about 5 minutes in an emptystore before asking if I was there for a mobile order they had), they make a great smoothie. Absolute worst attitude and service from every worker in that store. Every smoothie king I?ve ever been in has provided... excellent customer service and answered all my questions. This teenager in the Smoothie King on North Tarrant, did not say aword to me when I walked in, barely spoke loud enough for me to hear him, and sounded genuinely annoyed that I asked him aquestion. The two girls working let me and the car in front of me sit in the drive thru. Never acknowledged us. Both went inside then the... drink was so thick it had to be spooned into the cup, I questioned the girl and she said oh ours are thick likethat.
