I have to say, the chicken & chicken nuggets were perfect. Light & crispy. Probably the best Popeyes food taste wise. Plus my... order was CORRECT. Get so tired of things being left out or incorrect when going through so many restaurant drive-thrusanymore. Service was great & , very friendly. This lunch trip to Popeyes on Hwy 26 & Harwood was a "win" ???? Read more

?If you want unprofessional and no class come to this location?.I honestly don?t know how this place is still open. This is... beyond ghetto!! So I went to the drive thru the Intercom is barely working. Oh and btw you can?t even go inside at 12:00 pm. SoI ordered a strawberry lemonade and when I got to the window the drink was clear and the syrup was on the bottom. Barely anysyrup, so the manager telling me to stir it around and drink is still clear. So I leave the drive thru I ordered blackenedchicken strips and they gave me crispy. So I go back and tell the manager she states that I didn?t order that. So she hasattitude and continues to argue with me. She slams the WINDOW DOOR in my face and tell me to wait in parking lot. It?sunacceptable and some accountability needs to take place and manager needs to find another profession because this is not it. Read more

This particular Popeyes has a problem with staffing. Its one of those Popeyes that has a tendency to leave the doors to the... lobby closed so you cannot eat in at all, and when I came over with my grandmother, only two people were working and dealingwith a line that was so long, it threatened to spill out into the highway nearby. When we got there to order, my grandmotherplaced the order, but not only did they fail to ask for or document what sides, they got the order we did manage to give themwrong, and failed to give us various items or our reciept. And we were unable to actually correct the order because the lineonly grew from there. Do not come here for the time being, at least during peak hours. There's simply not going to besufficient workers here to actually do their job. Maybe once they actually acquire enough staff and start opening the lobbyagain, they will be able to keep up and get a better rating. Read more

I went to this Popeyes Saturday, October 15 around 10:15 PM. They are supposed to be open until 11:00 PM on Saturdays but... apparently they wanted to get off early. Nobody spoke to me at the speaker menu, so I drove up to the window after about four orfive minutes. After sitting there for about a minute with no response, someone finally decided to look my way and came over tothe window. He said they didn?t have any chicken left. I know that is total bull. You don?t run out of all chicken legs, Chicken thighs, chicken wings, chicken breasts, chicken strips, chicken nuggets and chicken patties for sandwiches all at onetime. It?s obvious they wanted to get off early and they did their clean up early ( if they even clean up) and didn?t want todirty up their just cleaned fryers, so they said they didn?t have any chicken. Don?t go to this place. The franchise owner ofthis restaurant obviously doesn?t care what his or her employees do. Read more

I've tried ordering through the drive thru twice in the last week. The first time was on 9/20 around 7PM. When I got there, I... was the only person there. I sat there for about 20 minutes waiting for an employee to take my order. I called out to try andget their attention a few times. They didn't even say anything to me when a line had formed. Today, I tried to go there aroundnoon. Once again, no one says anything to me. I call out to try and get their attention. Minutes passed and I left. I worked infast food for years so I understand that stuff happens but straight up ignoring people in the drive thru is not the way. If youwant fried chicken, go anywhere else Read more

I'm not sure how this place isn't closed yet. They constantly close the lobby, forcing everyone to go through the drive through... where it'll take 30+ minutes to get through it when the line is only about 6 cars long. There's no way they can stay afloatserving only a dozen customers per hour. At least open the lobby for takeout and put up signs to that effect. Don't make us allwait in the show drive through. I wish there was a better location nearby because I still prefer Popeye's chicken to otherchicken chains, but I'll take KFC over the service I get here. Read more

2:40 pm and the dining room is closed. Only drive-thru is open. Shift Manager says that they?re ?short handed? although they?re... 3 more employees behind the counter. I don?t like to eat my fried chicken inside my car like a homeless. I don?t like my car tosmell like fried chicken seasons under the TX heat for days. This is the most ghetto Popeyes. The franchise owner truly need to take more of a interest in his restaurant. They are very slow... and don't often stay open till 11 as stated. Pulling up to the drive through no one greets you. It's takes 2-3 minutes foranyone to say anything. When ordering chicken if you ask for all dark meet they will say they can't do that. I have to acceptthe mixture. ????. What?????? In all my life I never heard any chicken place say that. Pay a living wage and higherprofessionals and your business will increase. Lastly, often have I seen them run out of chicken! You would think this is amom and pop ran store with little to no money. Not the Popeyes we have learned to love and adore. 2 hrs later 4:30pm they areclosed. ????. Needs new ownership. Read more
