Just left there empty handed after placing a mobile order. After waiting in line I was informed they were only taking cash and... not honoring the mobile order. But yet they took the mobile for the customer that was in front of me...yes I purposely rolled mywindow down to hear their conversation. I get a business has to do what they need to do systemically, but if you can't takemobile orders then turn the system off so people do not waste their time going up there. The costumer service at night time is horrible, we ordered 5 mcchickens and 2 drinks and a medium fried, they didn?t got our... order and we had to re-order at the last window then I guess they were high or something but they didn?t charge us right andthis guy with glasses came to us saying he needed to charge for the rest after they made us wait for ever. Came through at 3:30am, your night shift blew me away with getting everything right with my order. Fresh fries, the right... dipping sauce, gave me napkins, and fresh nuggets. Worst experience at this place. The employees were having to good of a time than doing their job and taken care of the... customers. Asked for no pickle which they repeated back to me and a coke. I ended up with a quarter pounder with lots of picklesand my coke was a Dr. Pepper. So I spent $9 on a large fry. What a waste of my money. The employees inside were having a goodtime with no care to the customers. There is no way they should be getting paid $13 - $15 an hour to play around and screwcustomers for not doing the job they were hired to do. I just want to express my extreme disappointment in my experience today at Mcdonalds #5922 off of Rufe Snow and 820 in North... Richland Hills Tx. When my wife and I arrived just after 2pm we ordered our food on the kiosk. Simple order nothing extra or anyspecial requests. Order was placed at 2:16pm per my receipt. We took our table tent to a seat and waited...and waited...andwaited. Finally at 230pm I walked up front and stood there for a good 3 minutes and was finally asked what I needed. My orderwould be great. They took my receipt and went back and between 3 people realized it was missed. Noone came back up to apologizeor anything. I just stood there waiting another 5 minutes to get the food. When I finally got it we only had 7 minutes leftbefore we had to be back at work from our lunch break. We were entertained while we ate because there was customer aftercustomer coming up to the front and having issues with their food or order. Let me just say that it was very poor customerservice. I am very displeased and will not recommend eating at this restaurant any more. Read more

Probably one of the better ran McDonald's I've use over the past few years. Orders are always right, the staff is friendly. It... is conveniently located but the light to leave can be tricky with other connected parking lots. For even more savings I use theapp, check in, gain rewards deals, preorder and pay digitally with just giving a order code at drive thru. Super easy Read more
