Just left there empty handed after placing a mobile order. After waiting in line I was informed they were only taking cash and... not honoring the mobile order. But yet they took the mobile for the customer that was in front of me...yes I purposely rolled mywindow down to hear their conversation. I get a business has to do what they need to do systemically, but if you can't takemobile orders then turn the system off so people do not waste their time going up there. The costumer service at night time is horrible, we ordered 5 mcchickens and 2 drinks and a medium fried, they didn?t got our... order and we had to re-order at the last window then I guess they were high or something but they didn?t charge us right andthis guy with glasses came to us saying he needed to charge for the rest after they made us wait for ever. Worst experience at this place. The employees were having to good of a time than doing their job and taken care of the... customers. Asked for no pickle which they repeated back to me and a coke. I ended up with a quarter pounder with lots of picklesand my coke was a Dr. Pepper. So I spent $9 on a large fry. What a waste of my money. The employees inside were having a goodtime with no care to the customers. There is no way they should be getting paid $13 - $15 an hour to play around and screwcustomers for not doing the job they were hired to do. Probably one of the better ran McDonald's I've use over the past few years. Orders are always right, the staff is friendly. It... is conveniently located but the light to leave can be tricky with other connected parking lots.
