Ive been to this firehouse subs before and they?re usually nice. I asked the girl for extra BBQ sauce with my sandwich and she... said ok (I usually do this without issue). I even verified with her that she put 3 extra sauces in the order. When I picked upmy order the kid making the sandwich said they can?t give more than 2 sides of sauce. Although I usually get 3 sides, like a didlast week. I offered to pay for an extra cup of sauce and he said they don?t sell it. Then when I got home the sandwich is madewrong, it says No mayo on the receipt, but it?s slathered with Mayo. They also forgot the soup crackers. Terrible servicetoday and the attitude of the kid making the sandwich was horrible. The other kid beside him took my order the other day anddidn?t mention their rationing of BBQ sauce at all. I love firehouse subs. I've never had a bad one from any location I've been to, and this is no exception. Staff are very nice,... it's always clean inside. I've ordered for food delivery on an app before from this location and it's always come fresh andhot. I go here inside of the Subway at TCC because it tastes so much more fresh (the pickles are also delicious too) Read more
Been to this this location 2 times and the customer service at this one is horrible. Please make sure you have the staff repeat... your order exactly as you gave it to them and God forbid your order is INCORRECT. They will argue with you about what you KNOWyou told them. My husband is disabled and the purpose for ordering ahead is so that he wouldn't be uncomfortable waiting in thecar. Not only did we wait the inital 25 minutes, but had to wait another 20 minutes to have them remake the order. I have workedwith customers for more than 20 years and this is not how I ever treated my customers this way! Other locations are muchfriendlier and pay attention to what you ask for. Read more
Now, listen. Amazing subs, great taste, and over powers subway. 4 stars only because they've gotten extremely stingy in the meat... department. They used to pack the sub, the meat would explode over the edges. Now, I can barely get full off a 6" sub and Idon't eat a lot to begin with. For the price, at least give me the meats or I'll have Arby's go show y'all a lesson ???? Otherthan, I do love firehouse the steak and cheese sub - elite. Read more
I?ve gone to this location for several years and never had any problems. Just the occasional wait when they get busy like any... other food place. Staff throughout the years have always been friendly to me and the place is always clean when I walk in. Thefood is pretty consistent and I?ve only had a few not perfect sandwiches in my 5+ years of coming here. This location is 10minutes from home and has been my go to since I found it. I?ve eaten inside and taken to go orders but never ordered ahead oftime or used Uber so I can?t speak of the service in that regard. Firehouse is the ONLY sub sandwich place I eat at (I don?tlike subway or jimmy johns) and I get the same thing every time. I?ve tried multiple sandwiches and they are all good, but theItalian is the best one in my opinion. The soda is crisp and well carbonated, the sandwiches are warm and comforting, and theyhave a good selection of chips and drinks. This is a picture of just one of the veggie subs I ordered??? Where are the veggies??? We had to ask for the peppers and... cucumbers we ordered cause they were missing and pictures below show what was given to us for two whole subs.
