I have been eating at Dickey's forever but today was a real low point. I went in today about 12:30 and it looks like a ghost... town, there were only 2 other people eating the whole time I was there. Everything was about normal except my brisket was noteven room temperature. The ice cream machine was not working and the atmosphere seemed like this location was on it's lastbreath. I believe next time I will go to the horse location and not go back here because I've noticed the steady decline herefor over a year. Sorry to be so down but if you don't know there is a problem you have no idea what to fix. It's just hard topay $20.00 for LUNCH and get this. ?? Read more

Last several times I?ve gone here, it hasn?t been pleasant. It wasn?t bad before COVID, but that past 2 years or so they just... mess everything up. Getting a decent cut of meat from them is like pulling teeth. Every time I order beef from them, it?sliterally 95% fat and maybe 1 or 2 slices of actual meat. You have to ask multiple times for a good cut, everything is superoverpriced, $5 plus tax for a QUARTER POUND of beef. Desserts have been priced up, and made smaller. Don?t believe any of the 5star reviews, they are offering a free dessert for a 5 star. Any five star is either fake or outdated. Read more

This has been probably the 4th time we have been there in the last year and it's been a horrible experience each time but this... last time takes the cake. The AC wasn't on or maybe wasn't working not sure but it was miserable trying to eat in there. The binto my sandwich was hard, the Mac and cheese wasn't good had to have been old and my salad I couldn't even finish the ends of theleafs were black. The ice cream machine was actually on this time but all that came out was liquid. I remember about 5 years agoyou could walk in get fresh food great customer service and it was nice and cool in there, not messy or seeing bug run acrossthe counter in front of you. This location has gone down hill, i will just drive a little further to go to a different BBQ placewith better quality food, better customer service, and most of all AC! I'm very disappointed seeing how I had many family eventsat this location before COVID. I will not be returning to this location. it honestly needs to be shut down at this point. Read more

Hi, my husband and I came to the Dickey's in North Richland Hills on a Sunday at 2:38 pm. It was completely dead , no customers... exept us and one other couple that came in after us. The place was silent , no music to liven up the place. I had told a workerthere that I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't fall asleep as it was so quite you could hear a mouse squeak, however the guyI spoke to about it did turn on the music which helped a bit. On another subject , I went to go grab a napkin from the papertowel holder and my husband told me to look out and I said why, what is wrong , there was a roach that had been hidingunderneath the paper towel holder. ???? I was pretty disgusted, however I didn't make a scene, we just moved tables rightaway. Needless to say, we won't be back! The place could also use a good scrubbing! I know it is an old building but come on! Read more

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Do not order from them. They closed early on Fourth of July. But still took my order and... my money. When I showed up to pick up my order there was just a sorry for the inconvenience sign we closed early. You're a BBQplace, what do people get on 4th of July.... BBQ! So I was out the money and now had to scramble and find dinner for my hungryfamily. If you are going to close early then shut down ordering. When I called this morning to get a refund I was told themanager wasn't there and to callback tomorrow. I asked for the name of the manager and was told she could not give her name. So I asked if I needed to contact corporate and she told me yeah go ahead. I will be getting my money back and tell everyonehow you treat your customers. Very rude! UPDATE: have tried calling multiple times. The manager (finally got a name) isalways unavailable or on break. I was told she would be back at 5pm. I have tried calling 4 times since 5pm and the phone justrings. Read more

Make sure you call before you order your food online to see what they have from the N.Richland Hills location, or if they even... have what you want. I ordered food from N. Richland Hill Dickey's, drove to get it and got told they were out of that. No phonecall or nothing. Alliance Dickies called me and did the refund immediately. None the less. I Asked for something else, out of itas well. I asked for a refund, but they said it wouldn't post to my account for 2 business days. Never happened! Called and theyrefused to even address the issue. Acted like it was my fault I didn't get the money back into my account. Read more

Not that great????. Had 2 meat plate. Settled for pulled pork because they did not have chicken. Settled for mac and cheese... because they had no spinach. The baked potato casserole was old and dry. Like they used instant potatos. They turkey had 0flavor, like it had been soaked in water and pulled pork was dry and old. I ordered a small peach cobbler too which had ZEROsugar and half cooked peaches. Surprisingly the mac and cheese was the best thing I ordered. No thanks Read more
