We had my nieces birthday party today and the Chuck E. Cheese person who was playing the role was the the most enthusiastic ,... happy , and energetic person I have ever seen at the Chuck E. Cheese. Not only did they interact with all the kids but also withthe families. He came in dancing and trying to get audience going. I later found out his name is Joshua. Because of him my niecehad the time of her life. Thank you Joshua ???? Read more

My grandkids had the whole place to themselves which was great!! But after a hour of waiting for pizza, I had to go remind them... that we ordered food..they said they forgot because they were cleaning...kinda beyond me how they forgot the only customer inthere..but ok..We still had fun..no discount after an hour in a half wait..still paid full price on everything Read more

Their prize counter is super weak compared to Dave & Buster?s or even Alley Cats for that matter. Plus, for such a low end place... they are way expensive. C?mon Chuck, y?all can definitely do better. Way better. Read more

This is a fun place to take my kiddos. But one thing that I think would make this place more inviting is If the outside looked... better. The landscaping needs to be improved. My son said it looks closed and abandon. That's the feel we get when we pull upto this particular restaurant. Read more

This cost me $28, Chuck E. Cheese has really went down hill. A small pizza, salad and drink. The small pizza came on a plate... and wasn?t cooked completely. Crust was sogg, I might as well had a microwaved frozen pizza. Won?t be back! Sad, this used tobe such a great place Read more

I've been to a lot of chuck e cheese locations and this was by far the worst experience. As mentioned in another review below... (should have read these before going), the workers obviously didn't want to be there, nor did they act like they even likedkids. Apparently the oven wasn't working so we couldn't order food. We were told it would be ready to go in an hour, but thatdidn't happen. Then they made the announcement that Chuck E was coming out to see the kids in 5 minutes, but he never showed. When I asked the worker, she told me they only do that when there are a lot of kids there and since there were only a few, hewasn't coming.... please don't bring your kids here. Go a few more miles to a different location!! We definitely will nexttime. ???????? Read more

Went on a Thursday so it wasn?t very busy, but service was slow. Friendly but slow. There were more games than I thought there... would be, it kept my 2 1/2 & 4 yr old busy for 2 hours. I printed coupons online for discounts on games so it wasn?t tooexpensive to play. Food was expensive and the pizza tastes like cardboard?chuck e cheese should be ashamed of the price andquality of their pizza. We?ll be back to play but not to eat Read more
