Managed awfully. I wasn?t going to write this review but after putting up with the disorganization of everything at this... location I?ve had enough. There?s usually one employee on the line, they start closing an hour early,, employees have attitude,etc etc. very disappointed with how this establishment is ran. They need to get it together! They were out of forks, chips, kids drinks. Lemonade fountains were empty and flys were all around and in the containers. Staff... was nice but seemed like they could care less if I was there or not. Probably won?t ever be back to this location. Read more

No issue with ordering online. Ready for pick up as promised but chicken so bland. Wow. Not seasoned well at all. This is a... bummer because I bought a second bowl at the same time for lunch tomorrow. Now I'll be disappointed so over again. For somereason the bottom of the bag was wet. Not sure why or what was leaking. Maybe they set my container on a wet counter top. Idon't know. Dining area not the cleanest. Drink napkin fork area also needed attention. Read more

We get food here pretty often using mobile orders. Never had any issues with food, but upon our recent dine-in visit on a Sunday... night makes me wonder what happens behind the scenes here. It feels as though front-of-house was forgotten about. Noforks/spoons to be seen, no lids for cups, several sodas/teas were unavailable or empty, not to mention the soda I did have hada weird film on the top that I wish I had a picture of. Didn't look like it had been swept in several hours, and a majority oftables were wiped down but not what I would consider to be "clean." And upon entering and the table closest to the main door istaken over by a homeless person, with various pieces of trash/random goods littering the chairs and bench, including open catfood on the table but no cat, makes 1 think twice about what happens here. I personally had a great experience here! I came here on my lunch break from work and the line was long but they got me through... the line in less than 5 minutes. The food was so fresh and vibrant. Everyone was so friendly and very attentive and generouswith portions. Really liked how I saw the young woman in the line changing her gloves often and serving with a smile. She wasable to serve lots of people, alone and quick. Will definitely return and recommend. Read more

If I could do no stars I would. I ordered a steak burrito with black beans and everything on it and they made it unwrappable so... when I opened it the entire inside of the burrito fell onto me. I had to go inside to get a bowl for it because I was in my caron lunch break. Can?t wrap a burrito or follow instructions. Also the entire staff had no communication and all looked cluelessto what was going on and what needed to be done. They looked like chickens with their heads cut off. Read more
