This place was great up until recently. The chicken tasted old the last 3 times (even after asking for fresh). Sure enough I go... back and see a bunch of chicken just sitting there. It wasn't busy or anything. They always forget something in my order also,and of course we're home and don't want to go back while our other food gets cold. The tea in the dining room tastes like theydon't thoroughly clean the machine. I had an issue the other day with being overcharged. Called and left a message for theowner and haven't received a call back, yet. "Manager" Clint has no idea what he's doing and is extremely disrespectful andrude. His employee messed up and he was trying to make me go out of my way to get it fixed instead of doing the right thing. Soaside from old chicken and a partial missing order, you also get bad service with people who don't know anything about fixingtheir mistakes instead of losing business. Worse customer service ever. Waited in drive thru for 20 mins to get my order with only one car ahead of me. They took food to 3... cars behind me and I had to honk to get attention. She said they gave my 3 piece meal to wrong customer and I would have to wait10 more minutes for breasts. They gave me 2 small legs and a wing. I?m done!!!!! Greasy toooooo. Love the chicken and gravy there. BUT...the new owner doesn't appreciate veterans for their service and they have stopped the... courtesy discount. It's not discontinuing the 10% discount that's the big deal, it's his lack of appreciation for those whoserved their country. I will find another Chicken Express for my tenders. Read more
Went in today and ordered over 50.00 worth of food. When I got drink carrier I said thank you ?.no response When I asked for... cocktail sauce and not tarter sauce (3 different times) said thank you ?..no response. When I asked for lemon juice andserendipity salt I said thank you ?.. NO RESPONSE My god a you are welcome and thank you for your business would have beennice but I will just take my hard earned money somewhere else next time. Read more

The food was cool when I received it for the overall ridiculous up charges and prices that they are charging they're not worth... it in the least. Going to Whataburger would be cheaper with much better service. How is a burger place out doing a chicken placefor chicken? Read more
