Food is good, service is fine.. sometimes when doing late night door dash orders, I'll have a hard time getting help. Most of... the time not a problem though. It was a nice outing with the hubby. There was a nice greeting when coming in, and the food was ok, could've been better. I had... a kind of tough steak, and my husband had the chicken fajita roll up. We had one waitress take our drink order, and then about10 min. later another 2 ladies come up to us and get our drink order, (when we had already ordered our drinks)(they told us thatthe other lady was very busy), so we gave our order again, along with our food order, and they brought the drinks to us, andthen we never saw them again. And a guy brought our food order and he was our waiter for the rest of the evening. It was weird,but we did get served, and enjoyed each other's company. Would I come here again??? Probably because it's a place my husband andI can go to that is open late and we like to go hang out after we get off work to catch up. There's a few things to fix here,but overall they did do a good job. They just might be short handed tonight. (One more thing: they did make a mistake atcheckout, they rang up another person's $150 order on our card, but did refund it, and rang up our $45 order correctly. So new update to previously four star review. Apparently Riblets are now finish cooking yourself. The chef insists the sauce... doesn?t, and has never come in them (two hundred orders over the last three decades disagree) Almost 45 minute wait at lunchfor regular fair. I get short staffed, but to bring me riblets which looks like boiled dog food and for the cook to insist toour server that that is they way they come is unfortunate. I am adding two photos. One from the Applebees website and one of myplate. Let me know in comments which one you prefer. Old review: Clean, good service, food was quick and very good. Worst service I?ve experienced. Took 30 minutes for my bf and I to be seated and it was a very slow Sunday and only ones waiting... to be seated.
