So I just don?t like chicken from fast food restaurants but I figured why not give them a shot, it was my first time. garbage service. told me they didnt have fries, so i ordered a different side. They also said they only had bone-in chicken, no... nuggets or tenders despite it being 90 minutes before close. Waited in line for 20 minutes trying to get to the window, wasasked what I ordered as they had several receipts in their hand and couldn't figure out who was who. I told them, and then theytold me again that they had no fries so I repeated my alternative side. Waited about 3 more minutes at the window, and was askedmy drink. Told them my drink, she shuts the window. Then she opens the window and tells me that they are cash-only. Theycould've told me that 25 minutes earlier before they pretended they were going to serve me. This is not my only bad experiencehere, but it has been my worst experience here. I am not one to write bad reviews but I was highly disappointed. I paid $24 for one meal, side of biscuits,reg side of mac and... apple pies. Everything tasted like it was sitting. The chicken in the classic sandwich was very chewy.The mac was sitting.Theservice was not good. She was irritated and unfriendly. Now I'm aware situations happen. Understaffed, over worked etc. But thisis a new location, plenty of staff and, appeared clean. At this point I'm beating a dead horse, but moral of the story is, go toa different location. Ordered through the drive through and was told I needed to pull over and wait 6-8 minutes for chickens nuggets. Pulled over and... waited 25 minutes before going inside only to see them not busy and plenty of chicken nuggets just sitting there. Veryinexperienced workers here and major lack of motivation. Food is always great! Just keep an eye on your order. Multiple times items were omitted! Today, for an example, they forgot my... four cheesecake pies! A quality control person to check orders should be used! Customer service should be a priority! Read more
