Coffee is never right, the staff is a joke, they don't care enough, its literally the worst Dunkin in the area.

Your store hours say that you are open but yet the doors are locked! It is seriously inconvenient for people who do not drive... how is it fair that you give orders at the drive-thru but not to customers that do not drive!? Read more
I normally don't eat "food" from Dunkin, I got a donut for my daughter recently and was actually disgusted on how small it was... compared to how they used to be. And it was almost $2 for one donut. It probably cost 3 cents to make. I think you can put alittle more into it. Read more

I ordered a coffee. Simple enough. However, the car in front of me decided it was her time to chat with the clerk. 10 long... minutes! I was ready to leave the line. I finally get to the window, I hand the girl my money. She hands me my change and it allfalls on the ground. Who hires these people? The coffee was cold. She was rude. Manager never there. Went to this location?close to work but I won?t be going there again. Not busy but waited in the drive thru for almost 10... minutes for an iced tea and bagel sandwich.
