The food the past couple visits has been terrible unfortunately. The fish and shrimp both tasted like it had been fried in old... oil. The service was not great either. Not impressed at all. The salmon salad was a good portion although the salmon was very dry. The chicken sandwich I ordered that... came with fries was actually not better than fast food when it comes to portion and taste. Seriously, 8-9 dollar meal at fastfood restaurants would have been more filling. The restaurant was full of crowd and I seriously wondered what makes people cometo this place. Read more
Chicken breast ,when cooked to 165*, is moist, juicy, and tender. Both sandwiches we ordered were dryer and abit tough. But... if you are home and hungry...you eat it. No ketchup in our house so had called back before i went to pick up and asked for moreketchup instead of mustard packets.. Gal that answered phone took my name and said sure.. Fries and Wedges sides..receivedonly two packets of ketchup each.. kethup did not go far and we ended up tossing some of our sides out.. mustard packets were inthere also.. Good joke on me I guess. Apparently a 15% tip for pick up must be an insult to the Gal? Not sure restaurant needsmy repeat business. Read more
The service was 3 stars. Didn't come check on us hardly, waiting for her to come back to ask for refills, got an order wrong,... and had to ask the manager for your server for check which took 10 minutes. The pretzel bites are fried soggy pieces of bread.NOTHING like real pretzels. I like my wings extra extra crispy and they were made correctly. Good options of sauces andheat. Pickle chips are flavorful but thin batter. Garlic aoli fries are great! Read more
Loud and slow service. Deep fried pickels were not very good, onion rings were not close to being hot but the meat was good.... Cost didn't match the food. Read more
Paid extra for all flats and still received mixed wings, also asked for extra crispy and they weren?t crispy at all
I won?t go here again. We got the shrimp appetizer, 10 boneless wings, a side of fries and a side of onion rings, and one soda... and it was $50 after a tip. The food was very subpar and very small portions. Definitely not worth the price. You?ll get abetter meal at McDonald?s. Read more
The only time we saw our waitress and when she took our order, someone else came out with the orders no one ever stopped by the... table to see if we need refills on drinks or if anything was wrong with the food which it was the worst chicken tenders I haveever had they were so dry and chewy they hurt my teeth. My husband's Burger was just so so. Waitress never even came back withcheck we had to go find her to pay our bill. Really bad service and won't be back again. Read more
