My husband ordered online on the app. Everything went through just fine. When we went to pick up the food, they were closed. ... There was on lady. She came over to the drive thru and said we are closed. I showed her the phone that we have an order to pickup. I asked her how was my husband able to order and she just shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know. I have to waituntil it clears on the credit card before taking the next step. Read more

Two stars because ONE staff member was Awesome! The rest of them were vulgar and apparently lazy. Worst food I've Ever had at a... Popeyes. Chicken breast was cold and soggy, cajun rice was mushy and crunchy (how does that happen?), the biscuit was OK. Itwould have been better with some honey, butter or anything. The sign out front says ?New mgt?. When I walked in I wasn?t greeted, but said hello twice. I ended up watching some kind of... drama unfold with three of the employees and a guy off the street behind the counter. I ended up walking out. A simple greetingcan go a long way, but I?ll pass on being ignored. I can?t review the products at this location.
