????? 1st visit to North Pole, AK and Thumbs Up Food My kid wanted Mango Sticky Rice when I asked her to pick any food, what... would you be hungry for? That led us to "Thumbs Up Food". I ate pork fried rice (spicy). Being a fire eater type fella, it wasnot spicy at all for me. So *if you're a hot spicy food person, maybe get the "extra spicy" when ordering. Now onto the MangoSticky Rice. My kid said "it was great!" Her mom said the mango tasted very fresh, sweet and ripe. They nailed this dish. Thatwas their summary review. So glad I tried this place today! It's the best Pad Thai we've had in Fairbanks, and we've been to numerous thai places here. My... 5 year old gobbled it up which is a huge plus! I ordered drunken noodles and they were great and spicy like I asked. The Thaitea was nice and flavorful, not watered down like you get other places. Tom Kha soup was also excellent. Everything was nice andhot and yummy and it didn't take very long to complete our order. We will definitely be back! Read more
