Typically pretty good, speedy and I don't have issues...unless a certain person works. This person always causes issues in my... order, I had to repeat my order 3 times and got cut off before I could finish my order all three times. The food was okay but when we requested a plain cheeseburger all of the topping were onit. My daughter tried to eat it after... scraping everything off but she could not finish it. All of the empty tables were dirty. We had to clean our own space just towait for our food. We will not be stopping here again. Read more
I just love Wendy's and the staff here is very friendly. The times I've been here it was to pick up things for the store in... McCook and every time I came they were packed and busting out order. The staff works hard and they do it with a smile. And ifanyone reads this, GET WENDY'S BREAKFAST! It's life changing. That stuff makes a night owl an early bird. Read more
I think I found the most poorly managed Wendy's in the entire country. Ordering on the app ahead didn't matter at all. Freestyle... soda machine was broken. Took too long to get "fast" food. They had plenty of help behind the counter. Inner Karen seething.They were also out of chili, frying oil, and crispy chicken. Geez. EDIT: Allegedly four of their employees quit today. Read more
The store is out of lettuce but didn?t say anything until we ordered, paid and received our food. I went up to ask for some and... they said they?ve been out for several days. A sign would have been great and would have changed how we ordered our food. Thefood was hot and the Frostys delish. Read more
