Ate twice here, going out on our trip, and coming back a week later. I love the salad bar which I ate both times. Ordered and... ate the coconut shrimp going out, and the barbeque plate coming back both times were a great experience eating on the road.Great service. Read more
Below average food and low food quality. The only reason to eat here is the salad bar, and that's $12.00 ???? Nothing you order... off the menu will look anything like the picture that's on the menu. Cheap quality food at a price that you could get muchbetter food elsewhere. Would not recommend at all. Read more
So disgusting. Bathrooms seem like they haven?t been cleaned in a couple YEARS. salad bar was messy, and very nasty. Short... staffed. Manager looks like a crackhead. Very sad. Worst dining experience my wife and I have had in a long time! We got our appetizer and it tasted strange, couldn't finish it.... Finally we got our food after an hour of waiting and the food did not taste good overall. Also could not even use the restroomas it was locked up! The only positive was our waitress was nice. So 2 stars instead of 1. Travelers avoid this place like theplague, locals, I'm sorry for you! Overall, over priced waste of time. Read more
Update...I received a call in less than 24 hours with a sincere apology. The person I spoke to said they will speak to everyone... because the food and service we received was NOT up to standard. Hopefully they get things fixed quickly. Original...HORRIBLE!Don't waste your time. The kids got more chicken in their chicken tenders kids meals than my husband got in his 2 for $24chicken meal, my burger was more like well done than the medium I requested, the kids chicken tenders were overcooked, and my"Thursday special" drink was straight juice...no alcohol. The drinks and food took FOREVER too. I finally had to find someone toget our ticket and the lemonade refills for the kids. I told our server that our meals were bad and she just said, "oh," andwalked away. I will NOT be back and HIGHLY recommend EVERYONE STAY AWAY!!! Read more
Not somewhere I will go again. Food was ok, but the margaritas was so full of salt, we couldn't drink them, even after I asked... for light salt and try not to get salt in the drink. When I told our server, she said I'm sorry, but didn't take the almostfull drinks and get us another one. Plus, I still had to pay full price even though we only drank about 1/4 of it. I don't wantanything for free, but I felt the right thing to do was to either give us a new drink or not charge us for the bad drinks. Read more
Server did an awesome job! Food was absolutely horrible. I added a picture of my food compared to what I actually got. I only... received 3 ribs for a half rack of rib. The chicken strips were really hard and over cooked. The whole plate was just awful. I do not recommend. Read more
The only reason we stop at any Ruby Tuesday is for their salad bar. We really enjoy the variety, from the various types of... lettuce, vegetables and toppings. The only issue I have, and it's a big one, is there is never a lot of flavor in anything. Example would be the broccoli salad - it's just bland. Even the onions on the salad bar don't have very much flavor. Ingeneral though, the variety of options is fantastic enough to make a okay meal, and the service is always friendly and fast. Read more
