After driving all day, I was hungry for dinner Chinese chow. I ordered online. Food was ready shortly after getting there and I... went back to the hotel to enjoy dinner. Order was packed well and hot. Unfortunately the quality of the food was poor. After afew bites, it went to the trash ?? Read more

We had delivery. Employees didn't update the app so we had no idea when food was coming. By the time it came, it was already... cold. It was, however, pretty good! The only complaint other than barely warm food was the horrible fortune cookies, pre-brokenand super stale. While the food was palatable, I don't think we will order again. Oh, and the egg rolls are fried in the samefryer as seafood, so I was not able to eat them as I'm allergic. That could have killed me. Read more

Huge selection. Nice staff. Good food. Except no TP or paper towels in bathroom. Thanks for that. While I was eating a bug crash... landed in my food. Read more

We won't be back. We tried Royal Wok when it first opened and had a bad experience, but decided to give it a try again,... assuming it had improved with time and so much more experience. Sadly, that was not the case. We were the only people in therestaurant when we arrived at 6pm on a Friday evening, which was our first red flag. Several additional tables did end upjoining in the next hour, but it was never busy like you'd expect on a Friday. Although there was visible steam coming up fromthe edges of the buffet trays, the food was barely warm. There were small portions in each tray that look like they'd beensitting there for quite a while. The rice and noodles were both dry and crunchy (to the point I actually had to spit them out). Many fried dishes were so pale in color - they didn't appear to have been cooked long enough to begin with. When I told theman at the front that the food didn't seem hot - he just pointed to the steam from around the trays. I've never done thisbefore - but even went as far as asking if they regularly check food temps. No response... My plate sat uneaten. My familychoked down some of their food and went up to try other items. No one cleared any plates until we were finished, so we werestacking plates on top of each other to save table space. They had cups of ice cream which was the only positive experience. It was nice and cold! Read more
