I understand places are short staffed so I placed an online order and allowed 10 extra minutes before I went through the drive... thru to pick up my order. When I got up to the window no one would come to the window. I sat there at least 15 minutes. And acouple employees walked by and refused eye contact. They even answered the phone - which is right by the window! I honked myhorn. Nothing. I finally opened the drive thru window and stuck my head in until someone acknowledged me and got me my COLDpizza. I don't mind the waiting. What makes me mad is that they don't even acknowledge you when you pull up to the window to letyou know how long the wait may be. If you can't be bothered, maybe turn off the online ordering or close the drive thru. And I'mstill waiting for the notification that my pizza is ready. Read more
This place desperately needs a decent manager to whip the lackadaisical demeanor out of the ?work?ers if you can call them that.... There is NEVER any hot n readys and I?m talking about prime time! middle of the day! Early afternoon to early evening, likenoon/1 til 4-5pm you should have 2 or 3 of all 4 kinds of pizza. HOT. AND READY. Oh and p.s. a monkey could do your job and themonkey would evenly distribute my toppings too. Read more
There was only two teenagers working. They did their best. The pizza was extremely bad. Wasn?t cut properly, and the wait time... was ridiculous. I believe the problem that little Caesars have is they need to give their employees a raise and they might stickaround a little bit longer. Read more
Do not order here if you have a specific time you want pizza. VERY SLOW. VERY poorly managed. Do not perform well under any sort... of pressure. Nice enough girl at the cash register, very apologetic?but ultimately I would avoid it at all costs until theyfigure out how to get Friday night pizza night under control. Read more
Consistently poor quality and service. I called ahead to order since wanted specific toppings on a deep dish. First they... answered the phone and were rude because they thought I was their boss trying to "prank" them, then asked how long it'd take meto get there since it would only take 10 mins. Placed order and waited the time, got there and order was still not ready andthen it was completely wrong... not to mention their deep dish has become just 2 personal pizzas in a box. Also every other timewe've came they legit say they are out of pizza and will be about 45 min which if your slogan is hot and ready you probablyshouldn't be out of the primary thing you sell. Was told it would be 10 minutes, so I drove around and they said they would bring it out. 15 minutes later I went inside they... acted like I was an inconvenience. Took a couple minutes but got my hamburger pizza and cheese bread. Got home to pepperoni(hate pepperoni! )pizza the cheese bread was good! Not going back Read more
No hot an ready and no wings .. at least 5 people working... I understand .. being short handed an not getting product besides I... prefer my pizza fresh. Ordered a classic beef was told 10 to 15 minute wait . No problem I just wait inside store for it.17:23:17 pm [5:23 pm] ordered an paid for. 5:38 pm rolls around its been 15 minutes No pizza gave it 20 more minutes they havealready taken at least 5 more in person orders. I catch someone said just checking on my beef pizza was told 10 to 15 and itsbeen 35 to 40 minites.. let me go check 5 minutes later comes up pulls it out of a warmer cabinet an this is what I got btwcheese is not brown! Drive thru was significantly backed up. The pizza quality has become beyond disgusting, either burn in the ovens of hell or not... cut all the way/ improperly. The staff (with the exception of one) were all on their phones, or chatting with each- other andstanding around instead of doing anything required in their job. MANY, MANY, MANY angry customers! They advertiseHot-and-Ready's, with nothing done, nor ready. The hot cases are typically empty and a single pre-order (typically 30 minutes inadvance) is not even in the oven until 30 mins after the customer arrives. In store ordering, expect to wait upwards of 1-2hours. This place used to be my favorite. Has gone way WAY downhill. Read more
