We ordered takeout from this store and was absolutely blown away with the customer service that we received. Our delivery... person, Joseph, went above and beyond to make sure that we received the food that we wanted. It was super hot (pizza),absolutely delicious and really well made. Casey's on 4th used to be the best in town and I would have easily given them a 4+ star review. But that was before, and they... have been straight dropping the ball lately. Specifically the cooks, there's never any fresh pizza or food it's all been sittingin the warmer for hours. But if you call them and ask how often they restock pizza, etc. it's supposed to be every hour. Wellthey haven't had fresh pizza in that store a single time I've stopped by in at least 3 weeks, even though I stop by ar the topof the hour. Anyways what an absolute shame to see this particular Casey's run so poorly. Read more
Can't order a pizza for pick up at 945 on a Friday night because the little boy that works the kitchen wants to go home. Thanks... to the main lady for trying to stand up to him but he was rude and muffled the phone to make it hard to hear....that's ok I gotyour number and now everyone else will too! Read more
I generally like Casey?s and they seem to be everywhere when on road trips. But the pizza from this location did some truly... unmentionable and horrid things to my stomach. My next stop, which was unplanned, was at Walmart in Cheyenne, WY. I?m prettysure I ruined their plumbing system forever. Just thinking of eating a slice of Casey?s pizza now makes my stomach turn and Iwill never have it again. Read more
It's pretty bad when you walk into the store for a quick bite to eat and the first thing you see is the kitchen cook throwing... popcorn chicken pieces into the hair of the front desk clerk. It's even worse when more get thrown back and forth while you'rein the store. The best part of the visit was as I was walking out with nothing, and having the suddenly concerned clerk ask ifshe could help me find anything.... Read more
Horrible. Very rude to customers. Simply asked for a few extra packets of pizza sauce for taco pizza. Young man acted like it... came out of his paycheck. He basically threw them at myself. Ordered a medium taco pizza with 1/2 of it with no tomorrow andlettuce. Got out to the car and on the road and noticed he literally made the entire pizza with no lettuce/tomatoes. Will becalling to speak with a manager. That young man needs to find a new job! Read more
Ordered a BBQ brisket with bacon pizza. My jaw was sore after one piece. It sucked anyway. Threw it in the trash.
